We sat down tell you about Soul Sweets and like most corporate couples turned entrepreneurs, found ourselves gazing deeply into each others eyes...with that blank look. So, we decided to keep it simple and honest. After years of hosting dinner parties and family gatherings we found something we loved to do, that our friends and family just happened to love: preparing southern food and delectable desserts. 

So, we took our years of business experience and combined it with a heap of our finest southern cuisine and desserts, and sprinkle of love and created Soul Sweets. Soul Sweets provides catering for any occasion. It's very simply, food that's good for the soul.
